    Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict processing, and request the erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

    Option 1: Delete Your Account via the App (Recommended)

    The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly through the app:

    Console > Manage Account > Delete Account

    This process is automated and initiates immediate erasure of your personal data, in line with Article 17 of the GDPR.

    Option 2: Request Deletion Manually (No Login Required)

    If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by email.

    This is a manual process and may take additional time depending on support availability. Your request will be processed in accordance with GDPR timelines.

    What Happens When You Delete Your Account

    Your personal data - including any information that can directly or indirectly identify you - will be permanently erased.

    This includes your profile, email address, and all related personal records.

    We may retain fully anonymised, non-identifiable statistical data for legitimate interests such as product improvement and analytics, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

    Your data will not be used for profiling or shared with third parties once deletion is completed.
